Our Return Policy

We are committed to delivering a high quality product.

Due to the coloring feature of the book, eligible returns are limited only to defective books or books that arrive damaged during transit.

If your book arrives damaged or defective;

1.Contact Us:  Please email prepareforpuppy@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order.  A photo of the damage including packaging, or of the book defect must be included in the email.    Upon review a return authorization number and shipping address will be provided upon approval.

2. Ship the damaged or defective book back using USPS media mail.  We will cover the return shipping cost for this service. Please include the return authorization number with the book.

3. Upon receipt we will process a refund or send a replacement book within 5 business days.
